Privacy notice

Updated September 11, 2026

This notice explains how The Mountain Golf Club uses information from this website and its pre-opening interest list.

What you choose to share

The interest form asks for your name, email address, ZIP code, membership interest, preferred playing times, and interest in a proposed founding deposit. A phone number is optional. We record your email permission and when you submit the form.

Why we collect it

We use these details to understand local demand, plan the club, answer questions, and send the club and founding-membership updates you request. A free signup is not a membership reservation or a paid commitment.

Email and service providers

While email signup is in use, your message is only sent when you send it from your own email app. Once online signup is available, form details are stored in our GoHighLevel customer system. Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request data to deliver and secure it. Our business email provider processes messages you send to us.

Campaign information

If you arrive through an ad or a tagged link, the form may include the source, campaign, ad identifiers, and referring website supplied with that visit. This helps us understand which campaigns generate local interest. The site currently does not load advertising pixels or analytics cookies.

Payments

Founding deposits are not currently open. If enabled, Stripe will handle payment details on its secure checkout page. The website does not collect card numbers. Payment references and payment status may be linked to your club contact record.

Your choices

You can ask to stop updates, correct your details, or remove your interest-list information by emailing info@themountaingolfclub.com. Joining the list does not give permission for SMS marketing. We may retain transaction records needed to administer payments and refunds.
